The Bespoke Planning service is fully tailored to meet your needs. It is designed to provide support for specific aspects of the wedding planning process. This allows you to retain control over certain elements while benefiting from professional guidance in key selected areas.
O N T H E D A Y C O O R D I N A T I O N
With On-The-Day Coordination, our aim is to ensure the host and guests enjoy every moment of the day whilst we focus on the finer details to ensure the event runs flawlessly. In the build up to your special day, we will help to identify any gaps, assist with outstanding tasks and work with your chosen suppliers to deliver with perfection and professionalism.
Services include:

A complete & thorough consultation once all key suppliers have been booked in, to discuss the detailed plan of the day.

Master document created, including to-do list, event running order, wedding roles, photo lists, floorplans & seating plans for client to complete over time.

Work with your core timings to produce a detailed timeline of the day from venue access through to carriages, with both guest and supplier perspectives.

Work with your venue to create your ceremony & reception floorplans for the day.

Venue walkthrough of the event (6-8 weeks prior to event).

A complete handover 4 weeks prior to your event.

Communications sent to all supplier’s pre-event & liaison thereafter.

Minimum 2 coordinators on the day.
